Alrighty. I've been gone for a long while so lets update it all shall we. Ok so I went to my mothers parents my grandma and grandpa Blackketter's house. I love going there. They are both so wise in ways that I honestly don't think I'll ever be. Not that I don't have the potential just that I did not live when we had to fend for ourselves milking cows and growing crops. Well in other words I'm a city girl and know things they will in turn never know.
So Thurs. We got up early and started off. I got to drive in the afternoon while mom slept though while we were both awake we had nice conversation. We got settled in and just relaxed. Fri. We mainly just lazed around. I did a lot of thinking and watched a beautiful sunset. I did however go out to my g-pa's shop and helped make me a cup holder thing for my car. You should ask to see it if you know anything of wood work it's gorgeous if I do say so myself (though my gpa did most of the work.)Sat was much the same though I started a neck pillow with my gma though I didn't get to finish it(oh well) And I watched her fix the zipper on one of my pants that had it break. She's so smart that way. Sun. We went to church with some rather shallow discussion in Sunday school it was me my sis and 3 guys who wouldn't talk. Rather dull but that's ok. That evening I went to bible study with my grents and that was much deeper and I learned a lot have a lot to think on now. So yeah. Monday we left and I just about cried leaving them which if you know me well I don't cry often. And then we stopped at my other grents house and ate lunch and my mom and I took naps while the girls swam. (what is it about sitting on ur bum driving that makes you so tired I don't get it.) Then we ate with David my cousin when we got home. Def a nice relaxing retreat for me. Now it's back to looking for a job and such. (though I did get my room basically clean this morning that was good)
Ok so that was my rather uninteresting vacation. If you wanna do something lemmie know today is not so good got stuff planned and tomorrow maybe but after that I'm up for whatever!God Bless

Living to Please God
1Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. 2For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
3It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; 4that each of you should learn to control his/her own body[1] in a way that is holy and honorable, 5not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God; 6and that in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. The Lord will punish men for all such sins, as we have already told you and warned you. 7For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. 8Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.
9Now about brotherly love we do not need to write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love each other. 10And in fact, you do love all the brothers throughout Macedonia(or anywhere). Yet we urge you, brothers, to do so more and more.
11Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you, 12so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.
